ÍVAR VALGARDSSON
Valgardsson´s art is quiet and contemplative and could be described as a subtle conversation with art history and architecture. His work questions the space between ideology and the tangible world where the relationship between nature and the man made environment is a recurrent theme. DIY and home improvement materials serve as part of his investigation into the materiality of art, the perceptual experience and the technologies of colour.
